Earth Weave™
Our Earth Weave Bio-Floor™ carpet selection is unlike any other produced in North America. Made with a face fiber of 100% natural wool, the Bio-Floor line is all natural and completely biodegradable.
There are no moth proofing or stain protections applied. In conjunction with thisthe manufacturer uses only naturally pigmented wool fibers for coloration, as opposed to any of the harsh dyes and chemical bonding agents other carpet manufacturers use. To further differentiate this carpet, Earth Weave uses a natural primary of hemp and cotton. This is used instead of the traditional synthetic polypropylene primary. The primary is the material that the tufting machine places the wool yarn into and acts to hold it in place.

Ecofinishes Carpet
PET: Extreme Makeover
Each day, American consumers use and discard millions of plastic soft drink containers made with top quality PET (polyethylene terephthalate) as required by the US Food & Drug Administration. Fortunately, ecofinishes® has perfected a way to recycle these plastic containers into beautiful, luxurious—and durable—carpets. Recycled PET creates one of the strongest man-made fibers available and is remarkably stain-resistant. In fact, fibers made of recycled PET are superior to other synthetic fibers used to make many of today’s carpet yarns.
In the recycling process, used PET bottles are sorted, ground, melted and extruded into fiber, which is then spun into carpet yarn. ecofinishes® controls every aspect of the process and we are able to meet the highest standards of performance and environmental conservation.

Shaw Green Edge Carpet
Anso® Nylon products are composed of Nylon 6 that can be recycled back into carpet fiber again and again, endlessly. It all happens at Shaw's Evergreen Nylon Recycling facility in Augusta, Georgia. Evergreen employs patented technology that takes post-consumer carpet and breaks it down to its original components, which are then used to make more carpet fiber. All this without any degradation in performance or limitations in color and styling.
